How to Make Payment

Erlebnis Tours accepts the following methods of payment:

• Credit or debit cards direct (3% surcharge applies)
• Credit or debit cards online via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) (3% surcharge applies)
• Bankers draft (payable to Layten Ltd)
• Personal cheque (payable to Layten Ltd)
• Bank transfer
• Online payments

NOTE: Erlebnis Tours Maroc is the trading name of Layten Ltd, which a UK company. This means that your money is sent to a company in the UK with a UK bank account, not to Morocco, so you can rest assured your money will be safe.

Terms & Conditions 

Itinery Changes:

We run customized tours, which means you are free to deviate from your planned itinery, either before the tour or whilst it is progress. However, this may result in additional expenses which would need to paid as follows:

• If changes are made before departure for Morocco, payment must be made also before departure, by instant payment, e.g. Paypal, online bank transfer.

• If changes are made whilst in Morocco or whilst on the tour, payment must be made either direct to our office in Agadir before the tour or in CASH only to your driver (UK sterling, US dollar or Euros) on the day. Drivers have no facility to accept credit card payments.

Please note: There can be no refund for unused pre-booked accommodation, services, vehicles, guides or parts of the tour.
